DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all orders to a Canadian Address via Canada Post ExpeditedShipping.
Rates are as follows:
• $15 within Toronto
• $25 within Ontario
• $35 for other provinces within Canada

US SHIPPING

We ship all orders to the United States via Canada Post Expedited.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $100 for the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SALES TAX

Haute Classics charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website only within Canada. A sales tax on Goods & Services (HST) of 13% applies in Ontario, and any applicable taxes apply throughout the rest of Canada. All international orders are subject to any applicable taxes, duty, charges or tariffs for goods crossing the border.

DELIVERY TIME

Please refer to the Canada Post’s Delivery Standards for full details on expected delivery times for domestic and the United States shipments.
Note: We ship items Tuesday and Friday only upon receiving cleared payment., excluding weekends and holidays.
All orders include delivery confirmation, tracking, standard insurance and a signature option. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the postal service. Faster shipping is available at an additional cost.

INSURANCE

All items are shipping with a standard of $100 insurance coverage. If you would like additional coverage, you will be charged with Canada Post’s standard rate of $2.50 per additional $100. This is a separate charge from shipping cost and is an option that may be added to your payment total.

PACKAGE TRACKING

We will send you an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can use your tracking number to track your package on www.canadapost.ca
