Items are displayed in the store and/or online for 90 days. It is consignor’s responsibility to reclaim any unsold items. WE DO NOT CONTACT YOU. All item(s) not collected within 1 month from the termination date will be donated or become the property of Haute Classics at the end of agreement period unless notified in advance. Consignor must give a minimum notice of 2 business days prior to pick up. Please refer to our CONSIGNMENT PAGE for more details.
We accept a variety of luxury brand designers for handbags, shoes and accessories. Please refer to our DESIGNERS PAGE for a complete list.
All sales are accumulated until the end of each month. All payouts will be issued on the 15th of the following month on previous month’s sales. An email notification will be sent out on the 15th of the month to notify the consignor on:
• What has sold
• How much it has sold for
• The total cheque amount
Cheques can be picked up in person at the store or sent out via mail. If you do not receive an email notification by the 15th of the day, it simply means no items have sold so far. Consignment payment will be voided 180 days after agreement termination.
Prices are determined by current resale market research and physical and thorough examination of the item's condition. We will email a price list to the consignor within 10 business days of receiving the items. Until pricing is confirmed by the consignor, the items will not be available for sale.
Yes, we do offer layaway payment plans on items $500 and over. A 30%-50% down payment must be made at the time of purchase, layaway plans last a period of 60-90 days. Please refer to our LAYAWAY PAGE for more details.

Authenticity is determined by a third party authentication company. All of our items undergo a strict and thorough authentication process. WE DO NOT SELL REPRODUCTIONS/COUNTERFEITS/FAKES. Our experts take the time to thoroughly inspect each item for authenticity and only authentic items will be found at Haute Classics. All layaway plans/deposits are NON-REFUDNABLE & NON-TRASNFERRABLE.
Not all our products are received in brand new condition, and so their condition and a list of what they come with is listed on the item’s product description list.

Due to the limited nature of these items, all pre-owned handbags, accessories and shoes are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer an exchange for the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges incurred by the post office.
