REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the limited nature of these items, all pre-owned handbags, clothing, shoes, and accessories are non-refundable. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer an exchange for the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges incurred by the post office. These rare exchanges must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipping via traceable and insured mail. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
Please do not purchase our items to try on and return, as we provide accurate measurements for each piece.
We maintain detailed photos and inspect each item carefully, so please be advised when requesting for an exchange. Exchanges may be provided on a case-by-case basis. The full purchase price before tax will be issued as a credit to be applied to another item in-store or online. Further details may be given upon request.
